Delivery Information

Here's what to expect once your Nordaine order leaves our warehouse.

1. Delivery Timeframes by Region

• United States: 5–8 business days (standard), 2–4 business days (expedited)
• Canada: 7–12 business days
• Europe: 10–15 business days
• Rest of World: 12–18 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.

2. Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically attempt delivery 1–3 times. If a package cannot be delivered, it may be held at a local facility or returned to us, depending on the carrier's policy.

3. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first, then contact support@nordaine.com within 7 days so we can open an investigation.

4. Signature Requirements

Orders over $250 may require a signature on delivery for security. You'll be notified at checkout if this applies to your order.

5. Order Changes

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@nordaine.com. We can only make changes before the order ships.
